Fundraiser Walkathon 2025

On 14th December 2025, we conducted the annual fundraising event Walkathon 2025 at Maladevi ground in Karwar. PDG Rtn Gourish M Dhond was one of the chief guests accompanied by IAS Smt Lakshmi Priya K Deputy Commissioner of Uttara Kannada District as Special Invitee . This competition was divided into 6 categories for both male and female and Specially abled Children. Around 700 participants participated in this event. The participants had to walk 10 kilometres for those above 16 to 59 years old and 5 kilometres for those below 15 and above 60 years. The PDG flagged off the race. The participants were given refreshments, T-shirts, caps and a completion certificate and the Winners were awarded cash prizes, trophies, medals, Gift vouchers and winning certificates. Total prizes worth 114000 /- were given.

Installation of Rotaract Club

On 13 September, we installed a new Rotaract Club at Divekar College of Commerce, Karwar. Rtn. Jitendra Tanna was the Installation Officer. Members inducted were: 1) President- Suhas Bhomkar along with 6 other Directors. The program commenced, MOC Rtn. Ratnakar Ambig welcomed the gathering and conducted the event. Rtn.
